Q.03: Do you have a special charge for weekends or bank holidays? A.03: Our fares are the same for weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, except for the following 5 days; Q.04: Can I get a discount? A.04: Yes, even though our fares are very competitive, we have different discount schemes, please enquire by contacting us. Q.05: What happens if I cancel my booking? A.05: There will be a charge, please refer to our terms and conditions. Q.06: Can I make a booking on short notice? A.06: Yes, as long as we have availability, we can accept your booking. Q.07: If my plane is delayed or arrives earlier, will the chauffeur be there waiting for me? A.07: Before dispatching the chauffeur, we always monitor your ETA for long haul flights. For short haul flights, the chauffeur will be at the arrivals gate on the ETA time, confirmed 90 minutes earlier. Q.08: How will my guest recognise the chauffeur? A.08: Our chauffeurs are very experienced in meeting clients. He will be positioned so that he is clearly visible and will be holding a name board with your guest’s name distinctly written. Q.09: What would happen if my guest or myself are delayed in Customs or Immigration? A.09 If the delay exceeds 90 minutes, the chauffeur will first enquire at Customs and Immigration desk for any delays, then inform our office which will do all they can to find out the reason for delay and contact yourselves, or your office for further instructions. Q.10: What can I do to reduce the waiting time charges for airport pick up? A.10: All arrival transfer fare includes free 30 minutes waiting time. Q.11: How long does the journey take from the airport to London City? A.11: It takes around 45 minutes from Heathrow airport and around 70 minutes from Gatwick, Luton and Stansted to London City, depending on the time of the day and traffic conditions. Q.12: Can I choose one of your chauffeurs? A.12: Yes, you may choose your preferred chauffeur and car, subject to availability. Q.13: Can I request to be notified when the car arrives at the pick up address? A.13: Yes, our office will always inform you of the car arrival by telephone. Q.14: What if I do miss my chauffeur for some reason? A.14: Please telephone our office, we will arrange for the chauffeur to come to you. Q.15: Can I order a car for a short journey? A.15: Yes, as long as we have availability, we can accept your booking. Q.16: Can I order a car to take me to a restaurant or theatre and a separate order to take me back? A.16: Yes, but if you decide to leave your belongings in the car, the whole journey will be charged as one booking which will incur waiting time charges, as that car could not be used for any other bookings meanwhile. Q.17: My guests only speak Japanese. Is there any Japanese-speaking assistant? A.17: We have our Japanese-speaking customer service officers who will be able to assist your guests. Q.18: My guests wish to have a Japanese-speaking assistant during their stay in the U.K. Is it possible? A.18: You may either have a JSA from our office, or we can arrange for a blue badge Japanese-speaking tour guide. Q.19: Are you fully insured to carry passengers? A.19: Yes. We are covered by one of the most renowned insurers for what is known as “Hire or Reward”. This means we are insured to carry paying passengers. Q.20: How do I pay?
