1. All cars are fully insured including the chauffeur’s legal liability to his passengers in the event of an accident.
2. No person other than the chauffeur is permitted to drive the car.
3. Japan Limo Ltd. does not accept responsibility or liability for any delay however caused.
4. The chauffeur will travel by the route, which in his opinion is the most appropriate at that time unless instructed by the customer otherwise.
5. On long hires, Japan Limo Ltd. reserves the right to replace the chauffeur during the hire.
6. All prices shown are nett.
7. All bookings will be subjected to a 12.5% gratuity.
8. Accounts not settled within the invoice payment due date will incur an administration charge of an extra £25.00.
9. An overnight accommodation allowance of £110.00 per night will be charged when keeping the hired car overnight in the UK, and £190.00 for overseas.
10. For overseas tours, extra insurance will be required for which a charge will be made together with all freight at cost.
11. There is no extra charge for bank holidays, except during Christmas (24th, 25th, and 26th of December) and New Year’s Eve & Day @100%.
12. Parking, toll and congestion charges , if incurred, will be charged at cost.
13. All A/D and Time & Mileage charges are calculated from Base-to-Base.
14. An extra charge will be added for A-to-B journeys that take longer than average.
15. Waiting time will be charged after the first 5 minutes in increments of 15 minutes.
16. All arrival transfer fare include free 30 minutes waiting time.
17. Cancellation Charges: No cancellation fees will be charged if notice is given as follows:

• For reservations lasting less than 4 hours, a 24hours notice must be given, otherwise a 100% of fare will become payable.
• For reservations lasting more than 4 hours, a 96 Hour notice is required, otherwise a charge of 80% will be payable.
  (Except in special circumstances, for which it will be notified in writing.)

18. Any parking penalty gained by the request of a client asking the chauffeur to ‘wait here’ shall also be charged at cost.
19. When carrying luggage, all hard cases or boxes etc, must be placed in the boot. Only a reasonable amount of hand luggage may, with the chauffeur’s approval, be carried inside the car.
20. We recommend that you allow the chauffeur to open the car door, as any damage incurred to the door you open (onto a post/other vehicle/passing motorbike/pushbike etc) shall be paid for by the hirer.
21. Any damage to the vehicle inside or out caused by the client or the client’s guests neglectful acts, shall be paid for in full, together with loss of earnings if the vehicle has to be removed from the fleet for repair at the current daily hire rate for that vehicle.
22. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
23. Japan Limo Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for personal goods left in the vehicle.
